To become part of the AWS family one must become a licensee. As a licensee you get the exclusive right to sell products made in your country using the AWS system. In some countries, such as China, they are further divided by product category (ie www.teashopchina.com).

AWS Global Structure:
The AWS structure is designed to provide good global reach for our member stores. When you join your online business gets immediate access to the global customer database. This means you do not have to spend years building your own customer database and therefore reduces your business risk. When the global shopping portal - www.allworldshops.com is complete all member stores products will be listed by way of a live feed. Customers can do a global search for a product or define the search to a specific country. AWS will be heavily promoting the global shopping portal to make it the preferred choice for global Internet shoppers.

Think of this as a large traditional shopping center where the shopping mall owner (AWS) is responsible for driving consumer traffic into the shopping center and past your front door. It is the individual stores (Licensees) responsibility to offer an appealing product range and good customer service.

8. Carbon Credit Program allowing licensees to offset carbon created through distribution of products. This means that member stores are seen to be environmentally responsible.

Business Development and Promotion:
1. Access to sell global service products offered by AWS through Licensee web site/s. ie. Insurance, All World Visa, etc.
2. Centralized global promotions through the AWS global shopping portal.
3. Multi-lingual promotion of the Licensee’s online shop/s and products based on an agreed marketing plan and budget.

What does an AWS License cost?
There is currently no upfront fee to become a Licensee however you are required to have business experience and the financial resources to operate the business. There are some set-up costs related to website establishment, documentation, IT hosting platform, initial implementation/training, etc. These costs vary depending on your requirements. There are ongoing costs relating to royalties and service fees for transactional processing and advertising/promotion.
