Chris Berryman - Founder and Chief Executive 'The buck stops here'
Chris is an entreprenuer with over 25 years of business management experience. Over the years he has started several new businesses, some of which have been successful and some not. He believes that the experience gained from a failure far exceeds that which has been gained from a success. He is applying his years of experience and vision to build All World Shops into a leading edge community of businesses from over 100 countries reaching global consumers.
Emma Driver - Customer Service Manager 'Making sure the customer is always number one'
Emma brings a wealth of customer service experience to our business. She is originally from the UK where she worked for Barclays Bank. Emma's role includes responsibility for our warehouse operations and franchisee training.
Brian Andrews - Financial Controller 'Cashflow is king'
Before joining All World Shops Brian was employed as a general manager within the sports and recruitment industries. He has also held roles in finance, sales and marketing. He brings many years of experience to our organization.
Achim Fischer - Technology Manager 'Making sure we stay on the leading edge'
Achim joined AWS from Germany and brings a wealth of web development experience. His good knowledge of SEO is applied to both corporate and franchisee websites.
Aladdin Tbakhi - Webmaster 'Responsibility 24x7'
Aladdin has previously been employed with overseas companies in the IT industry, including web site development, system architecture, data processing and content management systems. His role in All World Shops extends beyond that of Webmaster in that he also participates in the development team and assists with managing outsourced development.
Joseph Lee - Korea Market Development 'Lead by providing superior customer service'
Joseph has been responsible for building the Korean market into the Company's most successful market. Korea is a very competitive market and has one of the highest penetrations in the world for online shopping. All World Shops has achieved a penetration in this market that is the envy of many other international retailers. Prior to joining AWS Joseph has worked in sales and marketing roles in both Korea and New Zealand.
Janet Lee - Senior Buyer 'Finding the best quality and deals for our customers'
Janet applies her great negotiating and merchandising skills to manage our extensive range of consumer products. Originally from Malaysia Janet is also assisting the business with the global franchising program.
Yanyan Zhang - Chinese Language Market Development 'Seeking out opportunities'
In addition to developing the Chinese language markets Yanyan was responsible for establishing the first trial AWS franchise in China. Yanyan has a degree in communication technology and was previously Managing Director of a technology services company in Yunnan, China.
In addition to the management team the company has a board of directors and other advisors in the areas of finance, legal and public relations who provide the business with invaluable advice.
